Important Information for Club Registrations in 2010

Registration Dates:
Saturday 30th January, 2010 1pm-3pm
Monday 1st February, 2010 6pm-8pm
Place: Lilli Pilli Public School (Primary Department)
Lilli Pilli Point Road , Lilli Pilli

Requirements:
• Completed registration form for each player (can be downloaded from under FORMS)
• New players to the club under 18yrs must produce their birth certificate or current passport
• U8/U9 players do NOT require photos
• Existing members in U10 years in 2010 must supply 2 identical passport size photos. Girls 13's and older who have played for 3 consecutive years need to provide new photos
• New members to the club in 2010, Junior (U10+) and Senior grades, must supply 2 new identical passport size photos
• There will be no photos taken on Registration Day by the club
• Appropriate fees (CASH or CHEQUE only)

All players need to attend in person to sign their pink card.
Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.

Players Fees:

Juniors 8-9 yrs - $130
Juniors 10 yrs - $150
Juniors 11-12 yrs - $150
Juniors 13-15 yrs - $150
Seniors 16 yrs and over - $145

Family Discount – $5 off for each family member after the second registering, please mention when paying. ie $5 for 3 rd , $10 for 4 th etc.
Please note – a late registration fee of $10/player may apply if you register after the registration days.

Club Uniform
There will be stock of some sizes available on registration day or orders can be placed.

Cost: Skirts- Child: $40 - Adult: $45 Shirts -$35

General Information
• Players please advise the Club of an email contact address with your name & age grade using the Club email thistlesnetball@optusnet.com.au , to help with administration throughout the year
• All Junior and Intermediate players must register and play in their own age group.
• Under 17 year old players are welcome to make up a team with friends but they will be required to submit this team listing all players on the first Registration Date. All players in that team must register before 8pm on Monday 1st February 20109 . Every team is responsible for supplying their own coach and manager.
